Tom developed and owned the bagel chain that ultimately became Einstein Brothers Bagels.  In 2009, Tom was inducted into the Colorado Restaurant Association’s Foodservice Hall of Fame.  He has recently authored a book entitled “So You Want To Open A Restaurant! “, scheduled for release in November 2010.

Dan Wolfson honed his culinary skills early in his career working with several top chefs.  He is a graduate of the renowned School of Hotel and Restaurant Management at the University of Denver.  Dan has owned and operated a prestigious fine-dining restaurant and night club and has operated several top restaurant concepts in the Denver area, including a 15-unit restaurant franchise company.  He has taught college level courses in restaurant management and accounting and is expert in restaurant systems design and implementation.
