Sponsors Contest for Free Trip to New Orleans Film Festival

A lucky couple will soon be heading to New Orleans to enjoy food, music, fun, and the first weekend of the 22nd Annual New Orleans Film Festival, October 14-21. Louisiana’s only industry-recognized international film festival presents a comprehensive, world-class program of film screenings and associated events, with special focus on Louisiana-produced films.

“We see a bright future for this event,” said Mark Romig, CEO of New Orleans Tourism Marketing Corporation. “Each year it has brought in more visitors as it spotlights the enormous amount of filming that is being done here in Hollywood South.”

The film festival will include panels, workshops, receptions, awards presentations, opening and closing night events, and numerous opportunities for learning, networking and celebrating the finest in cinema. Locations will be at various venues around the city including the Prytania Theatre, the Theatres at Canal Place, and the New Orleans Contemporary Arts Center.
